Thatcham Players Snatch Dream Holiday Prizes

Two Thatcham players are set to escape the unpredictable spring weather, thanks to a fantastic Dream Holiday win! Their postcode, RG18 4DJ, was drawn as one of this weekend's five big-winning postcodes.

The Thatcham players' prizes consist of a super £4,000 in holiday vouchers and £1,000 in spending money! Hopefully they will treat themselves to a cold drink on a hot, sandy beach somewhere exotic.

Thatcham players aren't the only ones to have received big cheques. The Conservation Volunteers in nearby Newbury have received an incredible £15,655 for their Reflections of Spring project, in which volunteers will plant thousands of flowers along the Kennet & Avon Canal as a way to introduce the concepts of habitat loss, climate change and invasive species to youngsters.
