Rochester Reaps A Win

There will be celebrations in Rochester this weekend, as one lucky player won big thanks to their postcode.

The happy Sunday Street Prize winner, who plays with postcode ME1 3BJ, will pick up a whopping cheque for £30,000.

Players aren't the only ones who benefit from People's Postcode Lottery. A minimum of 31% of the ticket price goes to charities. To date, players have raised over £246 Million for good causes across Great Britain and internationally.

A charity, based near our winner in Rochester, which has received funding this year is Strood Community Project. It was awarded £7,952 to help local people gain literacy and numeracy qualifications.

There were also some very happy players in Arbroath after postcode DD11 1LR was drawn as the winner of Saturday's Street Prize.
