Sun For Southampton

Southampton players will be flying off to get some winter sun thanks to their postcode. The two winners, who play with postcode SO19 8LW, have scooped this month's Dream Holiday prize.

This means that the two players have picked up £5,000 in holiday vouchers and £2,000 in spending money each!

It's not just players who benefit from People's Postcode Lottery. 32% of the ticket price goes to charity, and to date, players have raised over £361 Million for good causes. This prize was part of a draw promoted by The Guide Dogs For The Blind Association.

Many local charities have benefited from the funding raised by players, including YMCA Fairthorne, which recently received £20,000 to develop a garden suitable for children, young people and families in the local community to use.

The winning postcode for our Dream Holiday prize was announced in a Facebook Live video with presenter Judie McCourt. Judie opened day three of our People's Postcode Lottery Advent Calendar and revealed Southampton as today's big winner.
