Win For Ystrad Mynach

A lucky resident of Ystrad Mynach has landed £25,000 after their postcode was drawn as a winner this weekend.

CF82 7EL was one of two winning postcodes to pick up People's Postcode Lottery's Saturday Street Prizes today.

Street Prize Presenter Matt Johnson said, "Well done to the winner in Ystrad Mynach for scooping such an amazing prize – it was an absolute pleasure to nip down the road from my own home town to hand over that cheque.

Players of People's Postcode Lottery have raised more than £142 Million to date for good causes across Great Britain and internationally.

Projects supported near Ystrad Mynach include Dyslexia Action, which received over £8,000 this year for their project 'Understanding Dyslexia - Family Support and Guidance'.

Also this weekend, lucky players in Marshfield scooped £25,000 each in the second Saturday Street Prize, a BMW and £5,000 was won in Stevenage, one player in Cumnor won the fabulous Dream Holiday prize and London celebrated its first ever Postcode Millions win.
