What can I do when logged into My Account?

Welcome to your My Account!

My Account is the gateway to your People's Postcode Lottery account. When you register and log in you'll be able to:

  • Play the Big Quiz in Exclusive Player Games for the chance to win amazing prizes like an iPad, a TV or a Dyson Cordless
  • Keep track of your Postcode Lottery prizes
  • Review your personal details
  • View your tickets entered into the draw

Exclusive Player Games

We're excited to launch player games - games exclusively for players who have registered for My Account. You can play the Big Quiz once per day, every day of the week, and you will be entered in to a weekly prize draw for your chance to win amazing prizes like an iPad, a PS5, a Dyson Cordless and so much more!

You'll be entered into a draw every time you play - so the more you play, the more chance of winning you have!

Exclusive Player Game draws will take place every Thursday, and lucky winners will be emailed on Fridays with details of how to claim their prize.

Personal details

Take a minute to review the personal details that we have registered for you. You'll be able to update your correspondence address and contact information if you need to. It's important that this information is correct so as we can tell you about any updates. If you want to change your payment details or if anything doesn't look right, please call our Customer Experience team who will be happy to help.
