Postcode Millions
Happy-Go-Lucky In Harrow
A total of 272 Harrow residents are celebrating after their postcode area, HA2 0, shared a £3.2 Million prize in February's Postcode Millions draw.
One lucky winner scooped an incredible £378,587 after HA2 0NA was revealed as the full winning postcode. The remaining 271 residents in the area received cheques ranging from £8,601 to £51,606, depending on how many tickets they played with.
Players discovered how much they'd won during a special event at Byron Hall with People's Postcode Lottery Presenters Jeff Brazier and Danyl Johnson.
Our winners included:
- Julia, a hospital receptionist and grandmother-of-six, who won £17,202 and plans to take her first ever holiday abroad.
- Cassey, Julia's daughter and first-time mum, who won £8,601.
- Mariana and Razvan, a married couple who both won £17,202 each.
- David, an electrician, who won £25,803 and is now planning a trip to Canada.
Feeling Amazing
Julia won alongside her daughter Cassey. Julia received £17,202 thanks to playing with two tickets. She said, "This feels amazing. I can't believe it, I've never won anything before."
The grandmother-of-six has big plans for her winnings. She said, "I've never been on holiday abroad before in my life, so I'd love to go to Spain. The furthest I've ever been before is Canvey Island!
"My son and one of my daughters are also getting married so some of the money will also go towards that."
Julia's daughter Cassey won £8,601. She said, "This feels amazing. This win couldn't have come at a better time as I'm currently on maternity leave!"
Winning Together
Mariana and Razvan, a married couple who have been together for 32 years, both play with two tickets so they scooped £17,202 each.
Mariana said, "I can't believe this, I'm going to cry. It's my 50th birthday in two days so first of all I will have a great birthday party."
Razvan added, "I didn't believe it at first and I said to Mariana 'maybe this is a scam.' This is the first time in my life I have ever won something. It's a lot for us. Our two kids will be very happy as well."
Good For The Community
David picked up £25,803 as he played with three tickets. He works as an electrician and came straight from work to find out how much he'd won.
David said, "I want a holiday - I've got cousins in Canada, so I'd love to go over there and visit them.
"It feels amazing, I'll definitely be down the pub celebrating with a couple of beers.
"It's a really tough time for everyone right now so for this to happen is just great, it's really good for the community."
People's Postcode Lottery Presenter Danyl Johnson was at the event in Harrow handing out cheques. He said, "It's been fantastic meeting some of our winners in Harrow. It's been a memorable day and I'm sure there will be lots of celebrations going on across Harrow as people make plans for their winnings!"
Charities Win Too

Local good causes have also benefitted from player support. London's Community Kitchen, which is close to the winners, was awarded £25,000 last year to help people living in food poverty.
