The PTI wants to see a world where children love learning and teachers love teaching. Its programmes inspire and develop teachers at every stage in their careers. It achieves this through a suite of programmes designed to strengthen subject teaching and school leadership, including:
- Courses for teachers at the beginning of their careers
- Subject Enrichment Residentials
- In-person and online training
- Programmes for school and departmental leaders
Each year 300,000 young people benefit from improved teaching - as a result of its work with over 400 primary and secondary schools and over 4000 teachers.
