Changes to your subscription

If you wish to cancel your subscription, please call us on freephone number 0808 109 8765 or fill in our request to cancel form.

If you wish to change your address or playing postcode, call us on freephone number 0808 109 8765. You can also request your change by filling in our form or by emailing us on info@postcodelottery.co.uk. Please read our guide on how to change your details to ensure you provide all the necessary information.

If you choose to contact us by using the form, or by email or letter, we will send you confirmation of your change after it has taken effect. If you wish to make a change ahead of the next monthly draws, we strongly recommended that you call us on freephone number 0808 109 8765.
